Heathrow completes sale of three airports

Heathrow Airport Holdings Limited has completed the sale of Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports to a consortium formed by Macquarie and Ferrovial.

John Holland-Kaye, Chief Executive of Heathrow, said: “Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports and their people have been part of our company for a long time.
