GECAS completes Purchase-and-Leaseback Deal with flydubai

GECAS – GE Capital Aviation Services Ltd (Shannon/Ireland), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, announced delivery of a new, next-generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft to flydubai following a purchase and leaseback transaction. The aircraft expands flydubai’s fleet and was part of the airline’s existing order book with Boeing.

flydubai currently operates a fleet of 46 aircraft to more than 95 destinations.
