Air Astana increases capacity on the Frankfurt route

Air Astana (Kazakhstan), right on time for the peak season, again uses the new Boeing 767-300ER on the Frankfurt route since  15 May 2015.

Flight KC 922 departs from the Main metropolis every day at 19.55 hrs., on its way to the Kazakh capital. The flying time from Frankfurt to Astana is 5 hrs. 50 mins. The return flight leaves Astana at 16.20 hrs, with the flight number KC 921. The flights are also linked with fast, convenient connecting flights using the same aircraft to the metropolis of Almaty with its population of over a million. The 767-300ER replaces the smaller 757-200 on the route, thereby increasing the capacity by a total of 87 seats.

Air Astana’s Boeing 767-300ER has a completely redesigned cabin in a light beige design. The new Business Class offers 30 flatbeds in a 1-2-1 arrangement, making every seat a readily accessible aisle seat. The Business Class seat can be individually adjusted by the passenger to ensure maximum personal comfort. At their seats, passengers experience an individual entertainment system with 38-centimeter screens. Especially for the Business Class, Air Astana has additionally created a new catering concept exclusively using fresh menus.

The Economy Class of the B 767-300ER is equipped with 193 seats, also of the latest generation. They are equipped with 23-centimeter touch-screen monitors in the seats. As a result, all passengers can enjoy the wide range of films, TV series and music according to their own personal tastes.
