Iberia Launches Direct Flights to Catania

Iberia has launched direct flights to a new destination in Italy –Catania, Sicily, with a spectacular historical and artistic heritage and a coastline featuring numerous bays and coves.

Between 10 June and 12 September it will operate direct flights from Madrid to Catania, flying only on Saturdays until 15 June, with another flight on Tuesdays added on 16 June, and a third weekly flight on Thursdays starting in August.

The aircraft used will be of the Airbus A320 family, carrying between 141 and 200 passengers. For more information and booking visit www.iberia.com
More Italy with Iberia

Florence, Naples and Verona are other new Iberia destinations added this year, with daily flights except Mondays to the Tuscan capital operating since April. On 1 June Iberia Express began flying direct to Naples on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays, and the next day it launched flights to Verona on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. On 16 July Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum will resume its summer flights to Olbia on the island of Sardinia.
