WIZZ AIR ANNOUNCES NEW ITALIAN ROUTE FROM DEBRECEN

Wizz Air announced a new Debrecen route to Milan Bergamo which will start operating with two weekly flights from 25 October. Bergamo is great alternative to Milan Malpensa, which is served from Budapest, given the touristic value of the Bergamo region and its proximity to both the Alps and the industrial cluster around Milan city.

WIZZ’s new service to Milan Bergamo will attract customers from Hajdú-Bihar county and also allow Debrecen to promote itself as a travel destination to North Italian consumers. Travelers from Hungary’s second largest city can enjoy the alpine region, including world class ski resorts and Milan’s beautiful architecture, renowned gastronomy and outstanding shopping possibilities.

Wizz Air now offers a total of 44 routes to 21 countries from 2 Hungarian airports.
