Flybe has confirmed a number of immediate schedule changes to its Guernsey – Southampton route. In recent months we have been experiencing unacceptable economic returns on this route due to the significant number of increased services: total supply is no longer aligned with total demand.

Effective from Thursday 2nd October to Saturday 25th October, Flybe will operate a twice daily service on Saturdays and Sundays. During this time the weekday service will be temporarily suspended. The weekday service will be restored to one a day effective from 26th October, with one service on Saturdays and two on Sundays. Details will be available shortly at: flybe.com

Passengers booked on flights no longer operating will be contacted by Flybe’s Call Centre and offered the option of being re-accommodated wherever possible on an alternative flight or given a full refund.

The airline’s Exeter and Birmingham and intra-island routes will continue to operate as normal.
