London Stansted-based charter and airline sub-charter specialist, Titan Airways, announced it has been awarded several new tour operator ski flight contracts for winter 2015/16.

The new contracts represent an increase from eight to ten flights a week, including a brand new route for the carrier from London Gatwick to Grenoble. The Grenoble service – contracted by independent ski tour operator, Skiworld – will operate weekly from mid December 2015 to mid April 2016 on one of Titan Airways’ three Airbus A320-200 aircraft.

In addition to the Grenoble flight series, Titan Airways has been awarded contracts for eight weekly Chambery flights and a once a week Turin service. The flights will be operated on Titan Airways’ Boeing 757 as well as Airbus A320 fleets and will serve Stansted, Birmingham and Bristol together with Gatwick.

With a significant increase in capacity, Titan Airways will become the largest supplier of charter flight seats to Hotelplan UK – the parent company of Inghams, Esprit Holidays and Ski Total – for the first time.

As well as Skiworld and Hotelplan UK, the carrier will be operating ski charter flights on behalf of Crystal Ski Holidays and Club Med.

Besides the ski tour operator flight programmes, Titan Airways operate summer flight series on behalf of a variety of travel and cruise companies.
