Austrian is expanding its Spanish product, and will be offering one flight a week to the northernmost Balearic Island, Menorca, from 20 June 2015 onwards. The new flights to Mahon, capital of Menorca, will begin operating right on time for the coming summer holiday season.

Austria’s biggest airline offers eight destinations and 16 direct weekly connections to Spain, with a schedule including Barcelona, Palma, Ibiza, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and Menorca. Austrian Airlines remains the clear market-leader in the domestic private travel segment, both in terms of the number of different destinations and flight volume offered.

Menorca will be served on a seasonal basis between 20 June and 12 September 2015.
