Airbus Group amends and extends € 3 billion credit facility

Airbus Group N.V. has successfully signed an amended and extended € 3 billion revolving syndicated credit facility, in a move designed to benefit from the current favourable loan market conditions. The facility, which was amended and restated on 10 October 2014, has a maturity of five years plus two one-year extension options and carries an opening margin of 20 basis points per annum. It replaces an existing € 3 billion facility dated 14 April 2011 of the same maturity. The facility is for general corporate purposes. It received very strong support from banks and closed oversubscribed.

The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), and UniCredit Bank acted as Coordinators. Lenders to the facility are:
